- Contact and Confirm: Message the designer and confirm your intent to claim the card. You must send the card (PDF/image) to the designer to proceed.
- Token Number Security: If for any reason you cannot show the card, you must provide the Token Number.
- ⚠️ IMPORTANT: The Token Number alone can be used by anyone to claim the card, so keep your token number safe!
- Verification Check: The authentic card is a 2-page PDF. The unique pattern on the second page is the ultimate proof of ownership. If the designer suspects any risk with the Token Number, they may ask to see this pattern.
Final Note: Once a card is claimed or its date expires, it cannot be used again. However, in rare circumstances, a new token and date can be issued with mutual agreement, potentially for a small compensation fee.
